<p>Can you imagine how much passable you can become if you own your own long, slender, shapely legs that are just as feminine and beautiful as the ones of a Victoria&#8217;s Secret model?</p>
<p>If you want your own womanly legs, then you are in luck. Here are some exercises that you can do in other to transform your legs into feminine ones. You do not even have to waste time at the gym.</p>
<p><span id="more-742"></span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>WALL SQUATS</strong></span></p>
<p>These are a great alternative to your typical squats using a barbell and weights. Your body weight is more than enough to get some great results.</p>
<p>Find a wall&#8230;</p>
<p>Okay, now put your back flat against it while you position your feet to be 14-20 inches away from the wall. One thing, depending onwhich part of your thighs you want to work, you&#8217;ll place your feet either close together or far apart.</p>
<p>If you want to work your inner thighs, put your feet about 30-36 Inches apart.</p>
<p>If you want to work your outer thighs, put your feet 8-14 inches apart.</p>
<p>Then you simply squat. Do as many reps as you can and make sure you squat deep enough to get the full benefits of this exercise. I recommend that you do 2-3 sets with your feet close and 2-3 sets with your feet wide.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>JUMP ON A MINI-TRAMPOLINE</strong></span></p>
<p>This exercise is great for toning your legs&#8230; all parts. Thighs, calves, everything. Jumping on the trampoline is great for slimming and bringing out the lean, feminine curves of your legs without creating bulky muscle mass.</p>
<p>For best results, jump on it for 30+ minutes each day. Get 30 minutes however you can&#8230; all at once or a minute here and there. It doesn&#8217;t matter.</p>
<p>These definitely aren&#8217;t the only exercises you can do to get better legs, but these 2 exercises will create beautiful, feminine legs that will start to show in a few short weeks.</p>

<p>So, What do you do? What exercises should you do? Both nutrition and exercise are important but in this article we will concentrate</p>
<p>on exercise. So here we go: Five exercises that will develop a sexy feminine butt.</p>

<p>1. Squats</p>
<p>Stand with your legs at shoulder width, keep your back straight and slowly bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the the floor then slowly rise. Repeat 15-20 times. When it gets too easy add some weight</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>2. Lunges</p>
<p>Keep your feet together and then take one big step forward until the thigh of your front leg is parallel to the floor. Get back up and repeat until it is getting difficult to get back up. Then change legs.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>3. Step Ups</p>
<p>Use a bench step up with one foot then keep &#8220;running&#8221; up and down on the bench</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>4. Kneeling Sidekicks</p>
<p>Stand on all fours, lift your leg until parallel with the floor then kick your leg sideways, pull back and repeat kicking until it gets difficult. Change legs.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>5. Sideways Legraises</p>
<p>Hold on to a bar (or doorway) with one hand keeping your legs together then lift the leg sideways as high as you can. Change legs. This is also good for your inner thighs.</p>

<p>More than 100 transgender people have applied for free sex-change  surgery under the Sister&#8217;s Hand project initiated by the TransFemale  Association of Thailand.</p>
<p>But only five will be chosen to undergo operations.</p>

<p>The project, which is sponsored by the Preecha Aesthetic Institute,  Yanhee Hospital and Discovery Channel, is in its second year.</p>
<p>Yollada Krirkkong, the association&#8217;s president, said the association  was founded five years ago to campaign to improve the life quality of  transgender people in &#8220;every possible aspect&#8221;.</p>
<p>Sister&#8217;s Hand was launched last year and is the first project  initiated by a private sector to provide free sex-change surgery, said  Ms Yollada, who has herself undergone a sex change operation.</p>
<p>The project is aimed at freeing transgender people from feelings of &#8220;being imprisoned in a male&#8217;s physical identity&#8221;, she said.</p>
<p>With sponsorship from several private companies, the project provides  assistance to transgender people who do not have enough money for  sex-change surgery, which costs more than 100,000 baht.</p>
<p>She said applicants had to pass the assessment criteria by  psychiatrists and doctors on endocrine systems to qualify and they were  also required to spend at least one year living as a woman to qualify  for sex-change surgery.Ms Yollada admitted the project still had not  received funding on a permanent basis.</p>
<p>&#8220;But the project must go ahead and we will do all we can to help [transgender people],&#8221; Ms Yollada said.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>She also called on the government to lend support to the project.</p>
<p>She said the next step would be to set up a foundation to provide  scholarships to support the education of transgender people,  particularly in the field of surgery, so when they graduate as surgeons  they can work for the project to help other needy transgender people.</p>
<p>A transsexual named Beer, a 22-year-old beautician, was among dozens  of transgender persons gathering at the association to apply for the  programme.</p>
<p>Beer said she had felt she was a female since she was a small child  and undergoing the sex-change operation would fulfil her dream of being a  woman both physically and mentally.</p>
<p>She has already had a breast enlargement operation and is looking forward to the free sex-change surgery.</p>
<p>&#8220;I wish to see that thing between my legs disappear,&#8221; she said. &#8220;I feel hurt every time I see it because it is not me.&#8221;</p>
<p>A transsexual named Rodmay, a 24-year-old tutor, underwent a  sex-change operation under the project last year. She said she was from a  farming family and did not have enough money for the operation.</p>
<p>&#8220;I used to cry almost every day because I was trapped in a man&#8217;s body. I cry no more after undergoing the operation,&#8221; she said.</p>
