			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A woman who went for a breast op to enlarge her breast ended up with deformities in her boobs, known as &#8216;double bubble&#8217; in medical terms, is suing the plastic surgeon.</p>
<p>It has left her with what looks like 4 boobs, with scars and lumps all over. She is so ashame of her body now, she don&#8217;t even allow her husband to see her naked. Her marriage has ended up in a divorce.</p>
<p>So&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..are you going to reconsider that boob job&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;?</p>

For all those people who are overweight, there is no better way to lose those extra pounds than avoiding fried foods and meals where oil is abundant. Besides, if we follow a good exercise routine, results will be more than satisfactory. It is never advisable to lose weight abruptly because this may be detrimental to our health.</p>
<p>Losing weight doesn’t mean depriving us of our favorite dishes, losing weight means taking care of our health by eating healthfully. Unfortunately, few people eat vegetables, which are excellent allies for combating cholesterol, heart diseases and obesity. Obviously, it’s not advisable to eat anything in excess but vegetables are the perfect complement to any kind of meal because they contain minerals and vitamins. It is one of the factors that we must consider to achieve our objective.</p>

<p align="justify">Exercise, especially aerobics, is highly recommended for losing weight. Aerobic exercise is exercise that involves or improves oxygen consumption by the body. Aerobic means &#8220;with oxygen&#8221;, and refers to the use of oxygen in the body&#8217;s metabolic or energy-generating process. Many types of exercise are aerobic, and by definition are performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time.</p>

<li>Strengthening muscles throughout the body</li>
<li>Improving circulation efficiency and reducing blood pressure</li>
<li>Increasing the total number of red blood cells in the body, facilitating transport of oxygen</li>
<li>Improved mental health, including reducing stress and lowering the incidence of depression</li>
