It used to be from the subscribers, but now, the buisness model thanks to Rupert Murdoch (now on his second wife, and owns 3 out of 4 media sources around the world) is dependant on the advertisers, and in this age of sound bites, people are only concern with matters that directly affect them, or they can lie to themselves that it does, and when I say people I mean americans, because thats what the main market is. They will sensationalise anything they see will sell the papers. Only writers will determine what they want to feature thus the feature writers look for different things to write about. We are a bunch of sensational people thus people like to sensationalise. If we chose to do such things and get ourselves caught for it, then we should not blame the media. This is just my opinion. One is concern abt TS, the other don't. And there are probably more than 1 editor for the same newspaper?
